I began practicing judo when I was five years old and have remained an active participant, continuing to train and compete to this day. During my teenage years, I also started engaging in strength and mobility training. Over time, I have gained valuable experience in guiding others towards becoming stronger, more flexible, and fostering greater body awareness. Throughout my life, I have explored various disciplines such as acrobatics, calisthenics, dance, martial arts, skateboarding, yoga, and meditation, among others. As a movement practitioner, my goal is to become a well-rounded individual in all aspects of human body movement, rather than specializing in a particular field. This approach allows me to embrace the diverse benefits and effectiveness found in multiple areas.
Work-Life-Balance means to me: Just as yin and yang complement each other, Work and Life should coexist harmoniously, blending their aspects together. Working shouldn't be seen as separate from Life, and the sense of vitality should be felt even during intense efforts. In this way, work transcends being a mere means to an end or a source of income, becoming a genuine expression of life.
