Boxing

The special appeal of boxing lies in the varied and holistic training. Each training session takes into account aspects of stamina and fitness, as well as exercises for muscle building, responsiveness and speed. It can also reduce stress. The skills learned in boxing – e.g. concentration and assertiveness, self-confidence – also benefit everyday (work) life. Since it is a contact sport, the team spirit and cooperation of the trainees are strengthened.

Krav Maga

Krav Maga is a self-defense system based on natural body reactions and instinctive reflexes. It is not a martial art. During the training, techniques are learned that are used for self-defense in critical situations. The original concept of Krav Maga was to combine the simplest and most practical techniques of other fighting styles (e.g. boxing, wrestling or street fighting) and make them quick to learn for conscripts.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art that focuses on ground fighting techniques. Instead of relying on punches and kicks, BJJ focuses on controlling the opponent. The practice is through practical training bouts known as 'rolls', which provide high self-defense value. A central philosophy of BJJ is viewing the training partner as a partner, not an enemy. In BJJ, leverage techniques and other methods are learned together that make it possible to compensate for physical disadvantages and overcome stronger opponents.
